On your wedding day your wedding planner will coordinate and run your day with structure behind the scenes, while your guests flow in the right direction and enjoy the celebrations. A brief outline on how your day would be conducted:

Before the ceremony

• Brides location
• Grooms Location
• Reception set up
• Ceremony set up

Ceremony

• Liaise with celebrant, church coordinator, musicians, decorators, photographer, videographer
• Welcome all guests to the ceremony location
• Place the groomsmen in place
• Set guests in place
• Meet bride at arrival
• Cue music
• Congratulate the bride, help with gown and doors
• Liaise will transport drivers

Reception
